Our involvement with this development was to prepare a bill of quantities for the works compromising residential & commercial units on the existing Barry Magistrates site. The scheme includes both a mixture of flats and 6 no. houses and 3 no. commercial units. The works included all associated external works, drainage and mains service connections including any adoptions required to provide a fully completed development
