Prepare a bill of quantities for a highly sustainable and innovative new academic building that will significantly improve the teaching environment at the campus and University. It forms a major part of Bournemouth University’s plans to provide world class teaching facilities. The development consisted of a 5,881m2 (GIA), four storey academic building on Talbot Campus Car Park A and the replacement of a surface level car park (comprising 214 car parking spaces and 17 motorcycle spaces) at Cutler Close known as ‘Park and Stride’.
